$3 into $25,000. Paid to say it.

A casino win goes viral. Click on the account that posted it, and the casino is paying him.

On 20 October 2026 an account on X posted "I JUST TURNED $3 INTO $25,000 WTF", with a screen from a Stake slot game. The next morning it had 756,000 views and the reposts to match. That is great reach for one sentence.

Then you open the profile. The first line of the bio: "Creator for @Stake @StakeUSA". Then a promo code, a $20,000 monthly leaderboard, a weekly one, a double weekly bonus. The win is an advert, posted by someone the casino pays.

Left: the X post saying I just turned $3 into $25,000, with a Stake slot screen showing a $3 bet. Right: the same account's profile, saying Creator for Stake, use code Play, $20,000 monthly leaderboard
The post and the profile, X, October 2026. Face, name and links blurred.

This page is not about him. I have nothing against this one person, and his name stays out of it. He is one of thousands. Casinos and bookies pay streamers, creators and "ambassadors" to post the same thing.

Everybody is winning

Scroll betting X for ten minutes. Streamers, paid ambassadors, screenshots of huge wins, all day. Everybody is winning. It looks so cool.

The losses don't get posted. Nobody gets paid to post them.

Why the casino, not the sports

Look at where the win came from: a slot, not a bet on a game. That is not an accident. The bookies want you in the casino more than in the sportsbook, because casino games take no skill. You don't need to know anything. You don't even think. You press, and the result pops out. And you press again.

In sports betting a few people can win for years, and the bookies spend a fortune limiting them. Nobody beats a slot, because the edge is built into the game.

The more loss back, the cooler you are

Read the offers again: leaderboards, bonuses, rakeback, loss back. The creators compete on who gives the most back. And the more loss back you pay, the cooler you are.

Think about what that means. Loss back is money back on what you lost. It only makes sense if the players are losing. Every one of these offers quietly admits it: everybody is losing, from the beginning.

And there is only one place the money for all of it can come from. The leaderboard, the bonus, the commission to the creator, the loss back. It all comes from you.

I want to laugh. But it's actually quite sad.

Before your first bet

Or skip all of it.

Don't even start.
